Member records move onto tabs

The member detail page was one long scroll that got longer with every module we shipped. It's organized into tabs now.

• Overview — the at-a-glance version: who this is, status, household, what's current
• Profile — the full record, including custom fields
• Activity — one timeline of what this person has done, instead of the same story scattered across five modules
• Notes — staff notes, plus the badge panel for assigning or replacing the card, fob, or band a member scans at check-in

Custom fields also got proper controls. A date field gets a date picker, a choice field gets a dropdown, and a yes/no field gets a toggle — matching the type you defined when you created the field, instead of a text box for everything.

Households and membership tiers got the same treatment on their detail pages.
