30-day rolling average
We measure your active member count on a rolling 30-day average — not a single spike. A busy event week never costs you a tier change.
14 days advance notice
If you outgrow your tier for two cycles in a row, we'll email you 14 days before the rate changes. You hear it from us, not your bank.
First month is forgiving
Coming from another system? If our initial tier suggestion turns out to be wrong, the first month is on us. No back-billing, no penalty.
