Enterprise

Run ten sites. One price page.

Multi-site associations, large rec departments, faith communities, and federated nonprofits. Same NestPoint as our smallest customers, with the contracts, services, and procurement support an organization your size actually needs.

Per-member economics keep improving as you scale. At 50,000 members you're paying about $0.70 per active member per year — roughly half what the incumbents charge for organizations your size. Beyond 50,000 members or with custom contract needs, we quote from these same numbers.

Annual billing is standard at Enterprise. Monthly billing available on request. Stripe processing fees pass through at cost — no markup, no per-transaction tax.

Inside Enterprise

Same product. Bigger commitments.

Every module already ships to every tier. What changes at Enterprise is the service level, the contractual depth, and the procurement support — the things an organization with a security team and a legal review process actually needs.

  • Named point of contact

A senior team member paired with your deployment from day one — the same person every quarter, every call. Quarterly business reviews included.

  • White-glove migration

We run the project — data mapping, staging, validation, training, and cutover. You don't manage the migration; we do, with weekly milestone checkpoints.

  • SLA in writing

Availability targets and credit structures are written into your MSA. We publish uptime monthly and don't hide behind force-majeure clauses for ordinary operational issues.

  • Custom MSA, DPA & BAA

Master Service Agreement on your paper or ours. Data Processing Addendum, Business Associate Addendum, and custom liability terms negotiated to fit your procurement office.

  • Priority on-call response

Phone and email escalation for production-critical issues, with named contacts on our side. Business-hours response within the hour; outside business hours, we page in for true production incidents with priority response.

  • Multi-site billing & reporting

Federated workspaces per branch, one consolidated invoice for the parent organization, roll-up reporting across sites.

  • Security review & questionnaires

We respond to HECVAT, SIG, vendor security questionnaires, and one-off RFP appendices. Send them our way — we don't make you draft them.

  • Procurement support

RFP responses, vendor registration paperwork, insurance certificates, W-9s, references — all the things procurement asks for, packaged and on time.

What doesn't change

The product is the product, at every size.

We don't hold features back to upsell you later. Enterprise gets exactly what Starter gets — plus the service and contract terms your scale actually demands.

  • Every module

All 15 modules ship to Enterprise — the same way they ship to Starter. No premium-tier features held in reserve.

  • Every new feature

When we release something new, it lands on every plan at once. Enterprise doesn't pay extra to access the next release.

  • Unlimited admin users

Add every staff member at every site. We don't charge per seat — your team size is your business.

  • Active-member counting

Same 30-day rolling average, same right-sizing window, same no-surprise-bills promise. Enterprise plays by the same rules.

Beyond the ladder

Some scenarios still need a real conversation.

These don't all push you above 50,000 members — but they do trigger a custom quote because the work behind them is real. We'll tell you up front when something on this list applies to your deployment.

  • Multi-site federation

Associations running 10+ branches with shared members, federated billing, and roll-up reporting. The infrastructure work is real and we price for it.

  • Compliance frameworks

HIPAA workflows, HECVAT responses, custom regulatory controls. Higher compliance bars require dedicated technical and contractual scaffolding. When your procurement office requires them, we scope the work as part of your deployment.

  • Government procurement

City, county, and state RFI/RFP processes. Vendor registration, insurance, data-residency requirements, GSA-style schedule pricing — none of it fits a published tier.

  • Custom integrations

Workday, Salesforce, Blackbaud, in-house ERPs, on-prem databases. We build the integration; the scope determines the quote.

  • Phased rollouts

Multi-quarter deployments across sites, with staged go-lives and migration from 3+ legacy systems. Implementation effort scales with phase count.

  • Training programs

Train-the-trainer sessions, custom curricula for distributed staff, on-site workshops. Optional, scoped per deployment.

How procurement works

A clear path from discovery to go-live.

Most deployments are live within four to six weeks of contract signature — often faster for single-site rollouts. The variable is usually your procurement and legal review, not us. We'll tell you exactly what our part of the timeline looks like on the discovery call.

  1. Discovery call

We learn your structure, your sites, your member volume, your timeline, and what success looks like for your organization. 45 minutes, no obligation.

  2. Security & legal review

We send our security posture overview, DPA, MSA, and reference architecture. We respond to your security questionnaire (HECVAT, SIG, custom). Your legal team reviews on your timeline.

  3. Quote & contract

Based on your member count, site count, and contract requirements, we send a fixed quote and a draft MSA. We negotiate terms with your procurement and legal offices directly.

  4. Implementation kickoff

A named project lead, a kickoff workshop with your team, weekly milestone reviews, a phased migration plan, and a clear go-live date.

  5. Go-live & ongoing partnership

Cutover with our team in the room. Post-launch hypercare for the first 30 days. Then quarterly business reviews, an open escalation path, and a named contact who picks up the phone.

Procurement questions

The questions procurement is going to ask.

Talk to a real human about your deployment.

45 minutes, no slide deck, no "account executive." A real conversation about your sites, your members, and what an Enterprise rollout looks like. We'll send you our security overview and a draft quote within a week.

We respond to discovery requests within one business day.
