Admin & settings
Configure your billing and subscription
Your NestPoint subscription is priced on how many active members you serve, and everything about it sits in one place. Any admin can see the plan and where you stand; the owner handles the money side through Stripe. Here's what you'll find and who can do what.
Where to look
Open Organization settings and go to Plan & billing. At the top, the Active members meter shows how many members have been active recently against your plan's limit — that count is what your tier is sized to. Below it, Current plan lays out your tier, price, status, and the date of your next invoice.
How the plan is priced
Plans step up with your size — Starter, Growth, and Scale, with Enterprise for the largest organizations. Every tier includes all of NestPoint's modules; you're paying for the size of your membership, not unlocking features one by one. If your active count climbs past your tier for a while, NestPoint gives you a grace period and tells you on this page before anything moves up.
Managing payment and invoices
The billing itself runs through Stripe. The owner sees a Manage billing button that opens the Stripe billing portal, where you update the card on file, download past invoices, or cancel. NestPoint doesn't keep a separate copy of your invoices — Stripe is the place for those.
Handing off the owner role
The owner is the single person responsible for billing. If that should be someone else — a new director, a finance lead — the current owner can use Transfer ownership, pick the New owner from your other admins, and confirm. The new owner takes over the subscription; the previous one keeps their admin role.
