Set up and manage multiple centers
Some organizations run a single building; others run several under one roof. If yours has more than one location, NestPoint can keep them in one organization, with each center holding its own roster, schedule, and activity while your team moves between them. This is an operator-enabled feature, so the setup starts with a conversation rather than a switch you flip yourself.
Turning it on
Because a second center changes how members, schedules, and staff access are organized, it isn't self-serve. Reach out to NestPoint support and let them know you want to run multiple centers. Once it's enabled for your organization, a Centers section shows up in Organization settings where the rest of this happens.
Creating a center
In Centers, choose Create center and give it a Name, a Timezone, and an Address. The timezone matters more than it looks — a center runs its schedule on its own clock, so a class at 9:00 means 9:00 where that center actually is, not wherever your headquarters sits.
Deciding who works where
Each staff member gets a level of access per center, so a front-desk lead at one building doesn't automatically run another. On a person's access, you can grant Access to all centers for someone who genuinely covers everything, or set each center on its own to None, View, or Operate.
View lets someone see a center's roster and schedule without changing anything; Operate lets them check people in, take sign-ups, and do the day-to-day work there. You can also set a Default center so the person lands in the right place when they sign in. Choose Save access when it's set.
Moving between centers day to day
Once you have more than one, a Switch center picker appears at the top of the page. It lists the centers you're allowed into, with a Primary badge on your main one, and an All centers option when you want a combined view across the ones you can reach. Whatever you pick sets the frame for what you see — the roster, the schedule, the numbers all follow the center you're in.
Closing or pausing a center
If a location closes or goes quiet for a season, use Archive rather than trying to delete it — that keeps its history intact and takes it out of the day-to-day picker. When it comes back, Restore brings it and everything with it back into rotation.
