Export your member data

When you need your member records outside NestPoint — a backup, a migration, a file for another system — you can download the whole roster as a CSV. It's built to come back in cleanly, so it's the right file to keep as a snapshot.

Where the export lives

The member export isn't on the members list — it's with the rest of your data tools. Open Workspace management, go to Imports and data, and find the Export section. Next to Members, choose Download CSV. The file builds and downloads right then — there's no job to wait on and nothing emailed to you.

What's in the file

The CSV carries each member's contact details, address, the demographic fields NestPoint tracks, and whether they're active — a fixed set of columns, the same every time. It's designed to round-trip: the same file can be brought back through the Members importer, which is what makes it a dependable backup.

It's the whole roster, not your current view

The download always returns your full member list. It doesn't follow the status, tier, or search filters you've set on the members page, so don't expect a filtered slice here. When you need a specific group — active members in one center, a saved audience — build that in the Reporting module instead, where member reports let you filter and export the subset you're after.
