Filter any member report down to an audience

Reports have always had filters — a date range, a location, a program. What they couldn't do was answer "yes, but only for these people."

Now they can. Seventeen member-based reports carry an Audience filter, built with the same condition builder you already use for segments in Engagement. Set the conditions once and the report narrows to the people who match, with the match count shown right on the filter.

  • The audience travels with the report. Save it to a view, drop it in a packet, or export it — the filter comes along, and an export log records what it was.
  • Demographic conditions are available where you need them: age, race, gender, and ethnicity.
  • Choice fields are dropdowns, not free text, so there's nothing to misspell and the chips read back as real labels rather than stored codes.
  • Match all / any / none replaced the old NOT toggle, so a rule reads as a sentence no matter how you've set it.

Reports without an audience set behave exactly as they always have.
