Groundwork for organizations with more than one location

A behind-the-scenes note, since a few of you have asked where multi-location support stands.

The foundation is in. Every workspace now has a center behind the scenes — a named location with its own address, timezone, and hours of operation. Existing workspaces were given one automatically, carrying over the timezone you already had set.

Nothing looks different today, and that's on purpose. If you run one location, NestPoint behaves exactly as it did last week; the location picker and per-location settings only appear once there's a second location to pick. Shipping the data model first, quietly, is how we avoid handing you a half-built feature.
