Engagement ships — segments, campaigns, and automations

Engagement is a working module now, not a set of parts. You can build a segment, write a message, send it to that segment, and set the whole thing to repeat without anyone touching it again.

What's in it:

  • Templates with a merge-field catalog, so a message can greet people by name without hand-editing every copy
  • Campaigns on a four-step builder — audience, message, timing, review — with a required test send before anything reaches a real list
  • Automations built from five recipes: welcome a new portal user, re-engage someone who's gone quiet, remind a rider about a trip, send a birthday note, welcome a new member
  • An overview page with health metrics and recent activity, plus a full send history

Scheduling runs inside NestPoint now. A campaign set for Sunday at 7am goes out at Sunday at 7am, whether or not anyone is logged in.

The test-send gate is deliberate. You can't dispatch to a live audience until you've sent yourself one copy and looked at it.
