The check-in kiosk gets rebuilt

The kiosk is the one screen your members actually touch, so it got a full pass rather than a coat of paint.

  • The scanner listens everywhere. No clicking into the search box first — scan from any kiosk screen and it registers.
  • Scans and pastes submit on their own. No Enter key, no second step.
  • Six color palettes, with gradients and colored tiles, so a kiosk in your lobby doesn't have to look like a database form.
  • Sound and motion on success. A chime and a short animation confirm the check-in from across the room, which matters when there's a line.
  • The staff exit is visible. Leaving kiosk mode no longer depends on knowing a keyboard trick.
  • It fits the screen it's on. The welcome view scales to the display instead of scrolling off the bottom.

The kiosk also resets itself after a stretch of inactivity, so the next person walks up to a clean screen instead of someone else's half-finished check-in.
