Send a payment reminder

NestPoint doesn't have a one-click “send reminder” button on a balance, and it doesn't chase people automatically. What it gives you is better for a small team: a clear list of who owes, and a way to send them all a friendly nudge in one go. Here's how to do it without it turning into a chore.

See who owes

Start in Revenue on the Outstanding tab. It pulls together every unpaid and partly-paid item across rentals, trips, activities, and meals, with the member, the amount still due, and the due date. Search or scan it to see exactly who's behind and by how much. This view is for reading — there's no reminder button on the rows — so use it to know who you're reaching out to.

Nudge them as a group

To actually send something, hop over to Engagement. Build an audience using the condition Has an unpaid balance, which gathers the members carrying an outstanding trip or rental balance, then send them a short plan — a warm note that a balance is open and how to take care of it. If you're new to sending a plan, the Send a group communication walkthrough covers it step by step.

Chasing just one person

For a single member, a whole campaign is overkill — a quick call or a personal email is kinder and faster. Pull their balance from the Outstanding tab so you know the figure, then reach out however you normally would.
