Set module behavior

Settings controls how the whole module behaves — whether it's on, who sees whose appointments, and how far ahead people can book.

General

Module enabled

Turns the appointments module on or off for the workspace.

Portal booking enabled

Lets members self-book from the portal. See Let members book their own appointments for the full setup.

Staff cross-visibility

Lets staff see appointments for providers other than themselves.

Scheduling rules

These set the booking window.

Reminder lead (min)

When reminders are sent ahead of an appointment.

Minimum lead (min)

How far ahead a booking must be — this stops last-minute slots.

Maximum lead (days)

How far out bookings are allowed.

Save to see Settings saved.

Check who can do what

Who can do what? opens a plain-English map of appointment permissions, drawn from your workspace's existing roles. Open it when you're unsure why someone can or can't book.
