Build a report packet

A packet is a saved bundle of reports you run as a group — a board packet, a monthly rollup, a grant report. You build it once, set each report's filters, and from then on one click runs the whole set and exports it as a single file.

Create the packet

  1. Open Packets from the reporting subnav and press New packet.

  2. Give it a Packet name and a Description so the team knows who it's for, then press Create packet.

You add the reports next — a new packet starts empty.

Add reports

  1. On the packet, press Add report to open Pick from the catalog.

  2. Search the catalog and press Customize on a report — or Add again to include the same report a second time with different filters.

Adding the same report twice is how you get, say, last month and this month side by side in one packet.

  3. Set the filters this report runs with, add an optional Scope summary so the packet reads clearly, then press Add to packet. To take a report's defaults, press Use defaults instead.

Set the order

Under Reports in this packet, the reports run top to bottom, and the export uses the same order. Arrange them the way you'd want them read.

Rename or delete later

The About this packet panel has an edit button to Update packet details — its name and description, without touching the reports inside. To remove the whole thing, use Delete this packet under Danger zone.
