Review export history
Every report download the workspace makes is logged. The history is where you check what left the building, who ran it, when, and over what scope, and where you reopen a report to run it again.
Open the history
Open History from the reporting subnav. Each row is one download, with who it was Run by, when it was Requested, the Rows it produced, its Format, and its Type.
Narrow it down
Search by report, file name, scope, or saved view, and filter by Source, Type, or Format to find one download among many.
Open a download
Open a row to see its Download summary: who ran it, when they asked for it, the rows, the file name, and the scope.
Press Open report to reopen the underlying report and run it again with the same scope.
