Run a packet
A packet earns its keep on run day. One press runs every report in it, in order, and hands you the whole set as a single download, so you are not rebuilding the same views week after week.
Run it
Open the packet from Packets and press Run packet.
Read the Run results: how many reports succeeded, the total rows, and a line per report marked OK, Error, or Skipped.
A skipped report is usually one whose data is not available in this workspace. The rest of the packet still runs.
Export the bundle
Press Export and pick how you want it packaged:
- CSV ZIP
- Every report as its own CSV, zipped together.
- Excel ZIP
- The same set as Excel files in a zip.
- PDF bundle
- The reports combined into one PDF.
- Contents list (CSV)
- One sheet listing what is in the packet and the filters each report ran with. A cover page, not the data.
