Read the Revenue page
Revenue is one page that pulls payment activity from across the app — Rentals, Trips, Activities, and Meals — into a single view. It's a place to read the numbers, not to record them; every figure links back to the module where the money was taken.
The three numbers at the top
Across the top sits a strip of three figures. A window toggle to their right — Today, 7 days, 30 days — sets the period.
- Collected
- Every payment taken in the selected window.
- Net
- Collected minus anything refunded in the window.
- Outstanding
- What's still owed right now. This one is point-in-time, so the window toggle doesn't move it.
Move between the tabs
- Overview
- A short read: anything that needs attention, plus a snapshot of the window's totals.
- Transactions
- The full list of payments and refunds.
- Outstanding
- Who still owes, by module and in detail.
- Checkout activity
- Online checkouts in progress or finished.
The Overview tab
The Needs attention section shows up only when there's something to see — a payment-connection warning, or open balances. Each item has a link that jumps you to the tab that resolves it, like View outstanding.
Period snapshot lists Collected, Refunded, Net, and Transactions for the window. If refunds outran collections, Net carries a Net negative tag.
