Read the Revenue page

Revenue is one page that pulls payment activity from across the app — Rentals, Trips, Activities, and Meals — into a single view. It's a place to read the numbers, not to record them; every figure links back to the module where the money was taken.

The three numbers at the top

Across the top sits a strip of three figures. A window toggle to their right — Today, 7 days, 30 days — sets the period.

Collected
Every payment taken in the selected window.
Net
Collected minus anything refunded in the window.
Outstanding
What's still owed right now. This one is point-in-time, so the window toggle doesn't move it.

Move between the tabs

Overview
A short read: anything that needs attention, plus a snapshot of the window's totals.
Transactions
The full list of payments and refunds.
Outstanding
Who still owes, by module and in detail.
Checkout activity
Online checkouts in progress or finished.

The Overview tab

  1. The Needs attention section shows up only when there's something to see — a payment-connection warning, or open balances. Each item has a link that jumps you to the tab that resolves it, like View outstanding.

  2. Period snapshot lists Collected, Refunded, Net, and Transactions for the window. If refunds outran collections, Net carries a Net negative tag.
