Watch checkout activity
The Checkout activity tab shows online payments people started in the member portal for a rental, a trip, or an activity. You see the ones in progress, the ones that finished, and the ones that fell away. It's for awareness, not accounting.
What this tab is for
Only a completed checkout has actually taken money. The other states are shown so you can see what's in flight or abandoned. They never count as collected revenue.
Read the statuses
- Completed
- The payment went through. This is the only state that becomes revenue.
- Starting / In checkout
- A session that's opened but not finished yet.
- Expired / Canceled
- The member didn't complete it.
- Failed
- The payment attempt didn't go through; the row may note why.
Search the list to find a session by member, module, or status, then select a row to open the related record in its module.
