Cancel or archive a trip

Plans change. You can cancel a trip that's called off, and archive one that's finished, to keep your list focused on what's active.

Cancel a trip

On a scheduled or in-progress trip, press Cancel from the Overview. You'll confirm Cancel this trip? and can add an optional reason for the staff record. You'll see Trip cancelled.

Archive a finished trip

Once a trip is completed or cancelled, Archive tucks it out of the main list. Confirm Archive this trip? and you'll see Trip archived. Archived trips stay reachable through your filters.

Follow the lifecycle

The Overview tracks a trip through Scheduled, Filling, Ready, In progress, and Completed, so you always know where it stands.
