Open a trip for portal sign-ups

If your workspace runs a member portal, you can let members discover trips and sign themselves up. You control visibility, self-sign-up, and whether staff approve each one.

Publish the trip

The portal toggles appear on the trip only when the portal is enabled. Turn on Visible on portal so members can see it — or use Show on portal from the trip's Overview. Hide from portal takes it back down.

Allow portal signup

Members can sign themselves up. This needs Visible on portal on too.

Require staff approval

Portal sign-ups land as pending until staff confirm them, instead of going straight onto the roster.

Where portal sign-ups go

A portal sign-up follows the same rules as a staff-added one — onto the roster if there's room, the waitlist if the trip is full, or the Pending segment if the trip requires approval. Every sign-up is marked Portal or Staff on the roster so you can tell them apart.
