Set up sending

Before you send at scale, a handful of workspace settings decide who email appears to come from, whether outreach is turned on, and whether delivery is set up cleanly. They're shared with the workspace's communication settings, so you set them in one place.

Open settings

Open Settings from the Engagement subnav. It gathers the sender identity, delivery readiness, and the catalog of automated emails into one screen.

What you configure

Sender identity

The from name and address recipients see, and the reply-to that catches their responses.

Unsubscribe footer

The opt-out line every outreach message carries, so members can leave.

Outreach

The master switch for whether campaigns and automations can send from this workspace.

Delivery readiness

The checks that tell you mail is set up to land — sender, reply-to, and footer all in place.
