Send a campaign
A campaign is a one-off message to a group of members. You build it in a short guided flow — who it goes to, what it says, and when it sends — with a test send to yourself before anything reaches the audience.
Start a plan
From the Engagement home, press Start under Create a plan, or open Plans and press New plan. Both open the same builder.
At the Goal step, choose Send a one-off message.
At the Who step, pick a Saved audience, or switch to Build one to define the group inline.
Compose and test
At the What step, name the campaign, optionally start from a Template, and write the Subject and Body. Insert merge fields to personalize it.
Enter your own address and press Send test. Open that inbox and check the message reads right.
A test send is required before you can dispatch. It's the safety check that catches a broken link or a stray merge field before the whole audience sees it.
Choose when, then review
At the When step, choose Send now (next dispatcher tick) or Schedule for… and set a date and time.
Sends aren't instant to the millisecond — a dispatcher picks the plan up on its next tick, usually within a minute.
At the Review step, check the receipt and the launch checklist, then press Send now or Schedule plan. To finish later, press Save as draft.
After it's out
Every campaign shows on the Plans feed with its status — Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent, or Failed. Open one to watch recipient progress, Unschedule one that's queued, or Duplicate as new one you want to send again.
