Track send activity

Activity is the send log for the whole workspace — every campaign, automation, and transactional email in one place. It's where you confirm something went out and spot delivery trouble early.

Read the send log

Open Activity from the Engagement subnav. Each row is one send, with its recipient, source, subject, status, and time. Filter and search to find a specific send among many.

Bounces

Sends that failed delivery — a wrong address or a mailbox that rejected it.

Suppressions

Addresses the system holds back from future sends, after a bounce, a complaint, or an unsubscribe.
