Run Service Hours reports
The module's Reports page is a launchpad. It lists the Service Hours reports and opens each in the central reporting hub, where you can filter, preview, and export. You can also grab a quick CSV without leaving the page.
Open Reports
Open Reports from the module nav. The reports are grouped into Summaries, Breakdowns, Operational, and Directory.
- Summaries
- Top-line totals — Service Hours summary, Volunteer hours summary, and Staff hours summary.
- Breakdowns
- Approved hours grouped by person or by role.
- Operational
- Working queues — Pending approvals and Missing checkouts.
- Directory
- The Service people roster, with lifetime hours and last-served date.
Run or export a report
Click a report to open it in the reporting hub, where you can set a date range and preview the numbers. To skip straight to a download, press the CSV button on the report's row.
