How do I handle a no-show?
Mark the ride a no-show from the day's dispatch list. It stays on the record so you can spot a pattern and follow up.
Can I set up a standing weekly ride?
Yes. Build it as a recurring route once and it repeats on schedule, so a Tuesday pickup doesn't have to be re-entered every week.
How does a driver know their route for the day?
Each driver's assigned pickups are gathered into the day's run, in order, so they can see who they're collecting and where without a phone call.
What if two rides need the same vehicle at the same time?
NestPoint flags the overlap when you assign the vehicle, so you can move one ride before it becomes a problem on the day.
