How do I handle a no-show?
Mark the ride a no-show from the day's dispatch list. It stays on the record so you can spot a pattern and follow up.
Can I set up a standing weekly ride?
Yes. Set up a recurring run for the weekday and time, then add the members who ride it. NestPoint builds those rides ahead of time, so a Tuesday pickup doesn't have to be re-entered every week. Use Generate now to extend the schedule further out.
How does a driver know their stops for the day?
Group their pickups into a run, then move each stop up or down until they sit in the order you want them driven. Export the day's driver sheet as a spreadsheet to hand over, so nobody has to phone in for the list.
What if two rides need the same vehicle at the same time?
NestPoint flags the overlap when you assign the vehicle, so you can move one ride before it becomes a problem on the day.
