Complete, cancel, or no-show a ride

Nothing closes a ride on its own. A pickup time passing does not change anything, so someone has to mark each ride done, called off, or a no-show. You do it from the ride's row on the dispatch board.

Complete a ride

Once a ride is in progress, Complete sits right on its row. On any other ride you'll find it in the row menu. Either way it closes in one press and you'll see Ride completed.

Cancel or mark a no-show

From the row menu, choose Cancel or No-show. Pick a Reason, which only lists reasons set up for the outcome you chose, add optional notes, and confirm. You'll see Ride cancelled. or Ride marked no-show.
