Complete, cancel, or no-show a ride

Once the day runs, each ride needs closing out — done, called off, or a no-show. You do it from the ride's row on the dispatch board.

Complete a ride

When a ride is in progress, press Complete on its row. It closes in one tap and you'll see Ride completed.

Cancel or mark a no-show

From the row menu, choose Cancel or No-show. Pick a Reason — the list matches whichever outcome you chose — add optional notes, and confirm. You'll see Ride cancelled. or Ride marked no-show.
