Edit, cancel, or restore a session

Plans change. You can edit a session's details, cancel one that isn't happening, and restore a cancelled session — with special handling when it belongs to a recurring series.

Edit a session

1. Open the session and choose Edit.

2. Change what you need and save.

Editing a recurring session

If the session belongs to a series, saving asks how far the change should reach:

Edit this session

Just this one occurrence.

Edit entire series

Every session in the series.

Edit this and all following

This one and the rest from here on.

Cancel a session

Cancel calls a session off. A cancelled session stays on the planner marked cancelled, with its reason, so the history is clear. Cancelling a future session is a manager action; a past one is admin-only.

Restore or duplicate

Changed your mind? Restore brings a cancelled session back to scheduled — an admin action. Duplicate copies a session to another date, a quick way to add a one-off repeat without building a series.
