Schedule a session on the planner
The Planner is the calendar where sessions live. Scheduling one puts a class on a specific date and time so staff and members know it's happening.
Find your view
The Planner opens on Activities. Switch between Day, Week, and Month with the toggle, and move around with Today and the arrows. Front Desk's Open planner link drops you here on the right day.
Create a session
Press New session, or click an empty slot at the time you want.
Pick the Activity.
Choosing one auto-fills the Start time and Duration (min) from its defaults — adjust if this session is different.
Set the Date, and a Location if it helps.
The location box suggests Room, table, vehicle…. Use Label override to show something other than the activity name on the block, and Notes for staff context.
Press Create session.
A confirmation reads Created session for {activity}.
Move a session
In Week view you can drag a session to a new time — a confirmation reads Session moved. Past sessions that already have attendance are locked: Past sessions with attendance can't be edited. You can cancel them or add a note.
