Take attendance for a session

Attendance records who actually came, which is what you'll be asked for when you report on a program. You can mark it at the front desk as people arrive, or on the session's Attendance tab.

From the front desk

When a member checks in, their card lists today's sessions under Mark activity attendance. Tapping one registers them and marks them attended in a single step, so it works whether or not they signed up ahead of time. That's covered in Confirm a check-in and mark class attendance.

From the session's Attendance tab

  1. Open the session and go to the Attendance tab.

It lists everyone holding a spot, with a running count of attended, no-show, and still unmarked.

  2. Find the person, searching by name if the list is long, then press Mark attended or Mark no-show.

This records how an existing registration turned out. It doesn't add anyone who isn't already registered.

Mark everyone at once

At the end, Bulk no-show marks everyone still unmarked as a no-show in one step, after a confirmation. It's the quickest way to close out a session.
