Set up a recurring series
When a class meets every week, you don't schedule each session by hand. A recurring series generates them from a pattern — which weekdays, and when it ends.
Start a series
Create a session as usual, then choose Make this recurring instead from its actions.
This opens the series drawer, carrying over the activity and date.
Pick the weekdays it repeats on — Mon through Sun.
Choose when it ends: Ends on date or Ends after N occurrences.
The drawer previews how many sessions it will generate before you commit.
Generate the sessions
Confirm to create the series. A message tells you the schedule was saved and how many sessions it generated. They appear on the planner, each inheriting the activity's defaults.
Regenerate and pause
A series only generates sessions up to the workspace's generation horizon, set in Set activity and sign-up defaults. As time passes, an admin presses Regenerate to extend it further out. Pause stops new sessions from generating while keeping the ones already scheduled.
