Confirm a check-in and mark class attendance
When a member comes in for a class or program, one check-in can do two things: record that they were here, and mark them present for the activity. That second part keeps your attendance counts honest without a separate step later.
Mark someone present from the result card
After a check-in, if the member has activities today, the result card lists them under Add to activities. Each one is a card you can tap to mark them present.
Find the activity under Add to activities.
Each card shows the activity name and its time so you can pick the right one.
Tap the card to mark the member present.
A green check fills in on the left of the card. Tap it again if you added the wrong one — that clears the attendance.
Where attendance shows up
Marking someone present writes attendance straight to that activity's roster. The Today's activities panel on the front desk shows a running head count for each one, and a Live marker on anything in progress.
To see the full roster or make changes, open Open planner from that panel. It takes you to the Activity Planner scoped to today.
