Check members out and see who's here

If your workspace tracks when people leave, checking someone out records how long they stayed. The same panel shows you everyone who's currently in the building.

See who's here

Open the Here now tab on the side panel. It lists everyone currently checked in, with the count on the tab itself. Each row shows when they arrived — for example, In at 9:14 · 22m here.

Check someone out

There are two ways, depending on whether the member has their badge.

Scan their badge again

A second scan of an already-here member checks them out. The result card confirms it with a check-out glyph instead of a check-in.

Use the Here now list

Find the person and press Check out on their row. Handy when they've already left their badge behind.

How long they stayed

Once someone is out, the Activity feed records it as checked out · stayed 47m, so you have a record of the visit length without doing any math.
