The three rings on the front desk give you the day at a glance — how much traffic you've had, how many people are in activities, and how many first-timers came in. Knowing exactly what each one counts keeps you from misreading them.

Check-ins

The number of check-in events today — not the number of people. Someone who checks in twice counts twice. This is your traffic figure.

In sessions

How many attendances have been recorded against today's activities. It climbs as you mark people present for classes and programs.

New today

How many members were created today — your first-time visitors.

The rings cover today and reset overnight. For counts across a date range or a report you can hand to a funder, use the Reports module rather than reading these off the desk.
