Check in a family together

When a family arrives together, you don't have to scan each person one at a time. One scan brings up everyone in the household, and you pick who's here in a single step.

Open the family check-in

  1. Scan any one family member's badge, or look them up by name.

  2. On the result card, open the household check-in for their family.

The Family check-in window opens with the whole household listed and the family name across the top.

Pick who's here

The person you scanned is already selected and locked in — they're marked Scanned. For everyone else, check the ones who came along.

Select everyone not yet here
Checks every family member who hasn't already been checked in today. Use this when the whole family is present.
Clear
Unchecks everyone except the scanned member, so you can start the selection over.
Already signed in today
This person is here — you can't check them in twice. They stay in the list so you can see the whole family at a glance.
Inactive — cannot check in
This member's record is inactive, so they can't be checked in. Reactivate them in the directory first if they should be here.

Mark activity attendance at the same time

If a family member has activities today, their row shows a N today tag you can expand. Open it to mark them present for a class right from here, the same as you would on a single check-in.

Check them in

  1. Press Check in at the bottom of the window.

The button reads Working while it saves, then the window closes.
