Undo a check-in or check-out

Scanned the wrong badge, or someone changed their mind at the door? You can take a check-in or check-out back right from the result card, before it clears.

Undo from the result card

Every check-in and check-out result card carries an Undo button. It reverses exactly what the card just recorded.

1. Press Undo on the result card.

   The visit is removed as if the scan never happened. There's nothing else to confirm.

If the card has already cleared

A check-in you can no longer undo isn't a problem to leave — it's just a record that someone was here. If it genuinely needs removing, an admin can correct the visit from the member's record in the directory.
