Check in a group

A group is a saved set of members — a class list, a club, a regular crowd. When they arrive, you can check the whole group in at once instead of scanning badge after badge.

Open the Groups tab

On the front-desk side panel, switch to the Groups tab. Until you pick one, it reads Pick a group to bulk check in.

  1. Open Pick a group and choose the group.

The members load into a list you can select from.

Choose who to check in

Everyone in the group starts selected. Uncheck anyone who isn't here, or use the shortcuts.

Select all
Selects every member in the group.
Deselect all
Clears the whole selection so you can pick just a few.
+N family
Shows on a member who brings household members along. Those family members get checked in too.

A line under the list keeps count as you go — for example, 8 selected · 10 pending check-ins when some of those selected bring family with them.

Add them to an activity (optional)

If the whole group is here for the same class, open Add to activity… (optional) and pick it. Everyone you check in is marked present for that activity in the same step. Leave it alone if this is just a check-in.

Check the group in

  1. Press Check in selected.

It reads Checking in… while it works, then the group is in.
