How do I track dietary restrictions and allergies?
Dietary needs live on the member's record and travel with them to the meal, so whoever's serving can see an allergy without asking.
Can members sign up for a meal ahead of time?
Yes. Signups let people reserve a spot in advance, which is what gives the kitchen a real count to cook to.
How does the kitchen get an accurate headcount?
The count comes straight from signups and updates as they change, so the kitchen isn't guessing or cooking from last week's number.
Can I reuse a menu from last month?
Yes. Menus can be reused and adjusted rather than rebuilt each time, so a regular rotation is quick to put back up.
