Manage signups

The Signups page is the one place to help members join a meal, move between the waitlist and a seat, or cancel. It spans every upcoming meal, so you don't have to open each one.

Find a signup

Open Signups. The Show filter narrows the list to Upcoming, Waitlist, Past, or Cancelled. Search by member, meal, or notes to jump straight to one.

Each row shows the Member, the Meal, a Status, and Payment. Status tells you where they stand:

Signed up

Confirmed with a seat at the meal.

Waitlisted

The meal is full — they move up if a seat opens or the waitlist auto-promotes.

Pending

Started but not yet confirmed.

Cancelled

No longer attending.

Add a signup

1. Press Add signup.

2. Pick the meal, then the member. Record their menu choices, any guests, and dietary notes.

   If the meal is full, the signup goes to the waitlist instead of a seat, following your operational settings.

Change or cancel

A row's actions let you Open meal to see the full roster, Take payment, or Cancel signup.
