Serve at the kiosk

At the serving line, the kiosk is the fast surface for checking members off and catching walk-ins. It's built for a shared screen at the door, not a desk.

Open the kiosk

From Today, press Open kiosk, or use a meal row's Kiosk action to open straight to that meal. The kiosk runs in Serve mode, staffed by someone on your team.

Mark guests served

1. Find the member on the roster and mark them served as they come through the line.

2. For someone who didn't sign up, add a walk-in so their meal still counts.

   Resolving a walk-in to a member currently asks for a member ID. A name lookup is planned but not in place yet, so keep IDs handy if you expect walk-ins.
