Put rentals online

Beyond staff booking, you can open rentals to the people who use them — signed-in portal members and public visitors. You turn each channel on from the settings hub, and control access per resource.

Open the two channels

On Settings, the Going live cards turn each channel on.

Member portal rentals

Signed-in portal members can request or book rentals.

Guest request form

Visitors can submit a request without signing in.

Share & embed

Get shareable links and embed codes for the guest form.

Decide access per resource

Turning a channel on doesn't expose every resource — each resource's Access step decides who can see, request, and instantly book it. Set a resource to request-only for anything a person should ask about before it's confirmed.

Check what people see

Use Preview portal and Open guest form at the top of Settings to see exactly what members and visitors get before you share the links.
